Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9xbd platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its user ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the 9xbd website, mobile interface, and all associated services.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are intended for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or need for interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

9xbd reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 9xbd, you must open a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Account Security

Each user is solely responsible for the security of their own account. Keep your password and login details confidential — do not share them with any third party.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household are not permitted.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

9xbd reserves the right to verify a user's identity in the interest of secure transactions. You may be asked to submit your national ID or other documents if required. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

Age & Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on 9xbd. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.

• Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to open an account by misrepresenting your age will result in immediate closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• 9xbd may request age verification documents at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

9xbd provides secure financial transaction services through the mobile banking and banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on 9xbd are currently supported through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

4.2 Transaction Terms

• Funds deposited into the account must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Using a mobile number or bank account registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests may remain pending until the verification process is complete.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 9xbd reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is concluded.

Bonuses & Promotions

9xbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each promotion a maximum of one time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed.
• 9xbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• There may be a set time limit to fulfil bonus terms — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 9xbd are governed by the following rules. Users are required to comply with these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or loss of connection, it will be settled at a later time.
• If evidence of match manipulation is found, the related bet will be considered void.
• Exploiting software or system errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If you disagree with any decision made by 9xbd, you must submit a written objection to our support team within 30 days.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, AFC), and kabaddi. Market and odds displayed for each match are for informational purposes — settlement will be based on the final result.

Responsible Gaming

9xbd believes that sports and gaming are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid repeatedly increasing your bets to chase losses.

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems or software.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Opening or operating an account while concealing your true identity.
• Providing false information with the intent to deceive other users.

Account Closure

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any existing balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to all applicable conditions being met).

10.2 Closure by 9xbd

9xbd reserves the right to close an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

For accounts closed for legitimate reasons, 9xbd will decide on the return of any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) after completing its investigation.

Limitation of Liability

9xbd shall under no circumstances be held liable for the following:

• Betting or gaming issues arising from internet disconnection or technical reasons.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party services (mobile banking, banks).
• Any financial loss arising from gaming — gaming is entirely a personal decision.

9xbd strives to maintain the highest standards as a safe and reliable platform at all times. However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances — 9xbd is not liable for these.

Changes to Terms
